tips to make your skin glow through food

Every woman wanted to have skin that is clean and well lighted. And not a few women who just want to consume natural ingredients for fear of using chemicals. Because the chemicals on the skin are more at risk. So I will give you tips that can make the skin glow through food.

1. orange
In all types of oranges contain vitamin C. and vitamin C is very good for the skin, because vitamin C to produce collagen and elastin are also present in the body. Collagen and elastin serves to reduce wrinkles and skin aging mengahambat.

2. vegetable
Vegetables contain antioxidants betacarotene which is used to for the skin. Betacarotene also be transformed into vitamin A which is useful for eliminating acne.

3. fish
Fish contains omega 3 which is great for the skin, because it can make our skin bright brilliant. By eating lots of fish protein can protect us from sun exposure.

4. avocado
Avocados are a source of vitamin E. vitamin E is useful to prevent skin aging and can memebersihkan from all stain such as acne scars, dark spots.

5. wheat
Wheat contains biotin which can help the body to process fat. And make our skin is not dry.

6. olive oil
Olive oil contains fatty acids that can make our skin healthy and glowing brightly.
